Dating back to the late-16th Century, the converted barn has been beautifully restored with a luxury bathroom, a walled cobbled terrace, and access to much of the six acres of grounds that surround the property.

Where to go, What to do

St. Ives, Falmouth, St. Agnes and the numerous sandy beaches (Praa sands, Carbis Bay, Porthminster, Gwithian, Hayle) of both the north and south coast are an easy drive. They offer great spots to surf, bodyboard, kite-surf, and swim or just grab an ice cream with your book. The Jubilee Lido and historic architecture of Penzance is less than 30 minutes away. You can fly or sail from here to the Isles of Scilly. More locally, we are surrounded by mining heritage (we are based in a Unesco World Heritage Site), with the many historic chimneys dominating the landscape. There are a number of accessible trails for walking and cycling along the old mining tramways that showcase this atmospheric spot. These are a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and explorers who prefer off the beaten track.
